The IL1 programme, accredited by highly regarded universities and professional associations, provides 20 module credits applicable to postgraduate PGCert or MSc programmes. Developed in collaboration with The Healthcare Leadership Academy (The HLA) and Medics.Academy, and accredited by The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Medical School, it provides the participants with a practical pathway to advancing a healthcare leadership component of their career.
