Are you passionate about healthcare leadership and medical education? Medics.Academy is looking for dynamic and experienced tutors to join our team for the Leadership and Medical Education programmes. We seek professionals who can guide and inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Role overview:

We are currently recruiting for two specialised roles:

• Leadership Tutors – Delivering high-quality sessions focused on leadership principles and practices.
• Medical Education Tutors – Educating and mentoring healthcare professionals in medical education.

Essential criteria:

We are looking for candidates who have completed any of the following:

• HLA Scholars Programme
• Postgraduate Certificate (Pg Cert)
• Inlet Programme
• Intermediate Level One (IL1)

Experience in similar educational programmes with Medics.Academy or other recognized institutions is highly desirable.

Focus areas:

• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions.
• Provide personalised, one-on-one mentorship to learners.
• Assess and mark student work with precision.
• Manage educational activities to maintain high standards and effective learning outcomes.
