About the Course
This course provides 7 practical steps to help early stage health professionals who are seeking leadership and development opportunities. These steps are presented by Dr. Arrash Yassaee, a junior doctor with extensive leadership and policy experience at government and international level. Here he shares some of the habits that have enabled him to work with over a dozen different healthcare organisations and helped him become the highest shortlisted candidate for a national leadership scheme. Each chapter briefly outlines an important habit of successful early career leadership development and includes a number of exercises that learners can take away and apply in their day-to-day practice.
